Meet the Senior Management Team

Anita Brattina, CEO
Anita has been developing integrated direct marketing programs for companies since 1978. After many successful years as an entrepreneur, she blended her manufacturing and facilities management experience to form AllFacilities in 2002. Over the last 20 years, she has been a leading expert in the area of commercial real estate and facilities management data and has planned, designed and implemented a national database of owners and building components. Anita is a winner of the Business Marketing Association Award, the Athena Leadership Award and the Pittsburgh Business Times Women in Business Award. She is on the Pennsylvania Honor Roll for Women and is also the author of Diary of a Small Business Owner: A Personal Account of How I Built a Profitable Business. Anita is a graduate of Duquesne University.

Herman Marini, President
Herman has been with AllFacilities since its inception, starting in database architecture and then moving into client services before assuming the role of President. Herman has twelve years of business development experience helping manufacturers and service providers reach targeted facilities managers. Having performed multiple roles within our organization, Herman brings a high-level of insight to his role in leading our company. His expertise with manufactures and facilities managers is rivaled only by our CEO. He is a graduate of St. Vincent College and Duquesne University.

Melanie Sammons, Director of Client Services
At AllFacilities, Melanie is our client liaison and oversees all aspects of client projects. Serving as a bridge between our clients and our project teams, she is involved in sales strategy, data, training, project management, reporting and quality assurance. She came to AllFacilities with more than fifteen years experience in the areas of project management, sales, marketing and client services. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pittsburgh.
