Energy Opportunity Assessment: Do you need a quick, easy solution to initiate real change for your building?
If you’re a building owner thinking about reducing your building’s energy use, this is a great place to begin. An Energy Opportunity Assessment is a great way to learn about potential energy saving opportunities that exist in your building without the commitment to a full building analysis.
In an Energy Opportunity Assessment, an RCx Building Diagnostics representative will come to your facility and spend either a half day or full day (depending on the size of the building) walking through the building with the facility manager.

By looking at the systems in place and discussing current operation and maintenance procedures with the facility manager, we will identify energy-saving measures which can be implemented and estimate their payback period, while onsite.
This assessment does not include a written report or detailed analysis, but is ideal for a building owner or operator who wants to form an idea of the energy-saving potential within their building before committing to an in-depth analysis.
